Municipal Water and Wastewater Experience

Pharmer Engineering’s innovative solutions, client communications, and funding expertise have allowed us to help several municipalities move progressively to their respective goals. We frequently take projects from initial concept to construction and startup. As the project progresses through the predesign, design, bidding, and construction phases, our company structure allows for design and quality assurance engineers to regularly interact, allowing us to quickly address unforeseen variables so the plans and specifications simply and accurately describe the end product.
